This isn’t another passive lecture. It’s a 4-hour, hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves workshop where we build a complete AI system from the ground up. We move from theory to application in the first 30 minutes.

We run the workshop like a 3-period hockey game:

  • Period 1: Drafting the AI Playbook. We start by building the “brain.” Attendees will complete their “AI Playbook,” a foundational document that captures their unique brand pillars, values, and voice. This is the single most important step to getting high-quality, non-generic results from any AI.
  • Period 2: Training the AI Playmaker. With the Playbook drafted, we “hire” and train their first AI Employee. Attendees will create their own custom AI assistant and feed it their Playbook, instantly transforming it from a generic chatbot into a knowledgeable team member that understands their business.
  • Period 3: Running the Power Play. A great player is useless without a great play. In the final period, we put the new AI Employee to work on a high-value task: building a complete 30-day marketing content calendar.
